About the Role:

As a European Operations Team Leader at Adecco, you will be responsible for leading a small team of operational staff in the efficient running of the European Operations department. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of freight operations, including cargo booking, routing, tracking, documentation, Customs clearance, and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of freight operations, including cargo booking, routing, tracking, documentation, Customs clearance, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Plan weekly export trailers efficiently to maximise trailer payloads.
  • Develop key service routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality customer service.
  • Monitor and analyse operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
