As a key member of the epay team, the IT Operations Analyst/Developer will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transaction services. Key Responsibilities
- Database Configuration and Testing
The IT Operations Analyst/Developer will be responsible for configuring and testing new products and services, ensuring that they meet the required standards and are fully functional.
Technical Fault Diagnosis and ResolutionThis role will involve diagnosing and resolving technical faults, working closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Day-to-Day Support FunctionsThe IT Operations Analyst/Developer will provide day-to-day support functions, including responding to technical queries and providing assistance to internal and external clients.
Ad-Hoc Reporting and AnalysisThis role will involve creating ad-hoc reports and analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Process ImprovementThe IT Operations Analyst/Developer will work closely with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Requirements
- Education and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong understanding of programming languages and database management systems.
Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft SQL, C#, C++, Java, and Python is essential, as is experience with Visual Studio Development Environment.
Personal SkillsThe successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
