IT Service Desk Manager

Kinetech is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to lead our team of Service Desk Analysts. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our business users.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Service Desk Analysts to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive continuous service delivery.
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues and challenging stakeholders.
- Manage IT asset management, including budget, policy, and process development.
- Report on service-oriented KPIs and other metrics to drive business insight.
- Proven track record in managing people within an ITIL environment.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Technical skills to act as an escalation point and offer troubleshooting solutions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
- Good service management reporting skills.
