IT Service Desk Manager

Kinetech is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to lead our team of Service Desk Analysts. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our business users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Service Desk Analysts to ensure excellent service delivery
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive continuous service excellence
- Report on service-oriented KPIs and metrics to inform business decisions
- Manage IT asset management, including budget, policy, and process development
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing people within an ITIL environment
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365
- Strong service management reporting skills using ITSM and/or PowerBI
