IT Service Desk Manager

Kinetech is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to lead our team of Service Desk Analysts. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for owning the budget, performance, and continuous improvement of the IT Service Management function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Service Desk Analysts to ensure excellent service delivery to business users.
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive continuous improvement in ITIL.
- Report on Service-oriented KPIs and other metrics to provide insights to the business.
- Manage IT Asset management, including budget, policy, and process development.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing people within an ITIL environment.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
- Good Service Management reporting skills using ITSM and/or PowerBI.
