IT Service Desk Manager
**About the Role**
Kinetech is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to lead our team of Service Desk Analysts. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for owning the budget, performance, and continuous improvement of the IT Service Management function.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of Service Desk Analysts to ensure exceptional service delivery to business users.
* Improve, maintain, and develop processes and ways of working to drive continuous improvement (ITIL).
* Report on service-oriented KPIs and other metrics, identify trends, and deliver insights to the business.
* Manage IT asset management, including budget, policy, and process development.
**Requirements**
* Proven track record in managing people within an ITIL environment providing Service Desk Support.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with the team, IT team, management team, and business stakeholders.
* Coaching style that gets the most out of people and drives improvement.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
* Strong Service Management reporting skills using ITSM and/or PowerBI.
