IT Service Desk Manager

Kinetech is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to lead our team of Service Desk Analysts. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for owning the budget, performance, and continuous improvement of the IT Service Management function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Service Desk Analysts to deliver exceptional service to business users.
- Improve, maintain, and develop processes and ways of working to drive continuous improvement in line with ITIL best practices.
- Report on service-oriented KPIs and other metrics, identifying trends and delivering insights to the business.
- Develop and implement IT asset management policies, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing people within an ITIL environment, providing service desk support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and business leaders.
- Coaching style that drives improvement and gets the most out of people.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong service management reporting skills, with experience using ITSM and/or PowerBI.
