IT Service Desk Manager

Kinetech is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to lead our team of Service Desk Analysts. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for owning the budget, performance, and continuous improvement of the IT Service Management function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Service Desk Analysts to deliver exceptional service to business users.
- Improve and maintain processes and ways of working to drive continuous improvement (ITIL).
- Report on Service-oriented KPIs and other metrics, identifying trends and delivering insights to the business.
- Develop and manage IT Asset management, including budget, policy, and process development.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing people within an ITIL environment, providing Service Desk Support.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to build rapport with the team, IT management, and business stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong Service Management reporting skills, utilizing ITSM and/or PowerBI.
