IT Service Desk Manager

Kinetech is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to lead a team of Service Desk Analysts and drive continuous improvement of the IT Service Management function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Service Desk Analysts to deliver exceptional service to business users.
- Develop and maintain processes and ways of working to drive continuous improvement in line with ITIL best practices.
- Act as a technical escalation point for incidents, complex issues, and challenging stakeholders.
- Manage IT assets, including budget, policy, and process development.
About You:
- Proven track record in managing people within an ITIL environment providing Service Desk Support.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills to build rapport with the team, IT team, management team, and business stakeholders.
- Technical skills to act as an escalation point and offer troubleshooting solutions, including working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong Service Management reporting skills, utilizing ITSM and/or PowerBI.
This role requires at least 4 days per week onsite, with the team running an extended business day shift (8-6). Kinetech offers a comprehensive benefits package.
