IT Service Desk Manager

Kinetech is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to lead our team of Service Desk Analysts. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our business users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Service Desk Analysts to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement processes to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues and challenging stakeholders.
- Manage IT assets, including budget, policy, and process development.
- Report on Service-oriented KPIs and other metrics to inform business decisions.
About You:
- Proven track record in managing people within an ITIL environment.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills to build rapport with team members and stakeholders.
- Technical skills to act as an escalation point and offer troubleshooting solutions.
- Experience with ITSM and/or PowerBI for reporting and analytics.
This role requires at least 4 days per week onsite, with the team running an extended business day shift. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a dynamic work environment.
