As a key member of our team, you will:
• Support teachers in delivering tailored learning plans, promoting student engagement and achievement.
• Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring students receive a comprehensive education.
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families, facilitating open communication and collaboration.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, enhancing your skills and knowledge to better support students with SEN.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• At least 1 year of experience working in a classroom setting, preferably with students who have SEN.
• Enhanced DBS clearance and current Safeguarding certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
