Job Title: Learning Support Professional

About the Role:
Prospero Teaching is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Support Professional to join our team. As a Learning Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to teaching staff.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a classroom teaching assistant or in a similar role within the UK.
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
