Tezlom are recruiting for proactive Support Workers to support both adults and children with various complex needs to work in specialist services across the Wimbledon and Surrounding areas. Tezlom are a leading and expanding Healthcare Recruitment Agency, established since 2008.

**We Require**:

- 3 months UK paid experience in the role of a Support Worker within the last 5 years
- Proof of right to work in the UK

This role is ideal for Support Workers who are looking for new opportunities, working up to full time hours on a flexible basis. Here at Tezlom, you choose what days you are available to work, whether that be early shifts, late shifts, long days or even weekends - we understand how important a work life balance is, so we work around you and your flexibility to suit you and your lifestyle.

As a Support Worker you could be working within a variety of different services such as rehabilitation units, day centers, mental health hospitals and supported living accommodation as well as many other services like this.

Support Workers assist and encourage vulnerable adults and children with long-term mental health conditions and complex care needs, to live their lives to the fullest and maintain what is important to them. For example, their independence. With the role of a Support worker you may be required to deliver an aspect of personal care suited to the individuals needs.

Rates of pay for all Support Workers range from £13.17- £13.45per hour (including holiday pay), with an increase for some bank holiday shifts.
