We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Legal Services Coordinator to join our private client team in the Malton/Pickering area. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our legal advisers and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for supporting a busy team, providing administrative assistance and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Salary: £22,750-25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate administrative tasks and support legal advisers in individual transactions and team projects.
  • Manage client relationships and respond to queries.
  • Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence and legal reports.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm.
  • A strong understanding of MS Office and other software applications.
