At Pro-Pak Foods, we're looking for a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing a client-focused, comprehensive, and professional people service to colleagues and managers.

The main purpose of this role is to maintain and develop processes, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and legal requirements. This is a generalist HR role with lots of exposure and opportunity to explore multiple areas of HR.

You must be able to work as a key member of a small team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing practical advice and direction for line managers so that they implement people practices in compliance with CPC Group policy and statutory employment legislation.
  • Providing an advisory service to colleagues ensuring they are fully aware of their contractual terms and conditions and CPC's Group policies.
  • Promoting colleague engagement and positive mind-set agenda.
  • Advising and providing support to managers to ensure the correct procedures are followed when carrying out grievance, disciplinary, performance improvement investigations, hearings, and attendance management.
