Role Overview

Coburg Banks Technical is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join its team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing a comprehensive and professional people service to colleagues and managers, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide HR and employee relations advice and direction to line managers across the business, ensuring the correct procedures are followed when carrying out investigations, hearings, and attendance management.
  2. Promote colleague engagement and a positive mindset, acting on relevant HR KPI information in a timely manner and generating data in a format readily available for managers to review.

Requirements:

  • Part CIPD qualified with experience of providing a high standard of HR support in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, including employee relations, recruitment, and learning and development.
  • Strong administrative skills, ability to work as part of a team, and play a key role in initiatives, with exceptional organizational skills, working flexibly, and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a hands-on capacity in a production environment, talking to all levels of staff, with tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information.
