Role Overview
Coburg Banks Technical is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join its team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing a comprehensive and professional people service to colleagues and managers, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR and employee relations advice and direction to line managers across the business, ensuring the correct procedures are followed when carrying out investigations, hearings, and attendance management.
- Promote colleague engagement and a positive mindset, acting on relevant HR KPI information in a timely manner and generating data in a format readily available for managers to review.
Requirements:
- Part CIPD qualified with experience of providing a high standard of HR support in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, including employee relations, recruitment, and learning and development.
- Strong administrative skills, ability to work as part of a team, and play a key role in initiatives, with exceptional organizational skills, working flexibly, and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a hands-on capacity in a production environment, talking to all levels of staff, with tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information.
