Our client, Castle Employment, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the food safety, legality, and quality of all products manufactured in their North Yorkshire facility. As the site lead for food safety plans and customer COPs, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and address compliance gaps. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team effectively, driving continuous improvement plans, and coordinating delivery of these initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should have previous relevant experience in a similar position from within the food manufacturing sector. You will also require Level 3 Food Safety, Level 3 in Health & Safety, and Level 4 HACCP qualifications, as well as a food-related BSc qualification or experience of using VISO. The salary for this role is up to £55,000 per year.
