Job Description

This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment, providing high-quality patient-centered care to older adults in the beautiful Ryedale District. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for developing and improving your skills and knowledge in the community setting, working collaboratively with service users and their families/carers, and contributing to quality improvement activities.

Key responsibilities include providing clinical supervision to individuals or groups, working with patients in the community setting, and participating in the development of the team. You will also be expected to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care and upholding the principles of the NHS.

Person Specification
  • Able to travel independently across the locality and hold a valid driving license
  • Access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes
  • Current professional registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (RMN/RLDN)
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
  • Recognised Practice Supervisor and/or Practice Assessor, clinical educator or equivalent
