Job Overview
  • Developing and improving your skills and knowledge in the community setting and being an active member of our multidisciplinary team.
  • Providing high-quality patient-centered care and working collaboratively with service users and their families/carers.
  • Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and undertaking lead professional responsibilities.

We offer a competitive salary of £44,000 per annum, a comprehensive benefits package, including access to a vehicle and flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development and growth. Please note that having a valid driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for this role, as the team visits people at their homes and other care settings.
