Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver high clinical standards across your region. This includes developing care plans tailored to the needs of our residents, supporting the professional development of nursing staff, and ensuring smooth transitions for new residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective care plans for residents

About You:
- A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
- A teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
- Strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge and expertise
- A good understanding of regulatory frameworks and best practices
