Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Rivermead Care home in Malton. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs. This includes developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely, and delivering excellence across everything you do. With autonomy to make critical clinical decisions, you will have the opportunity to showcase your professional expertise and judgment.
As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will have a strong understanding of current clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Your experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments will be invaluable in this role.
