Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Regional Clinical Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to residents in our care homes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. As a Regional Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual resident needs
  • Providing clinical guidance and support to team members
Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Traveling across your region to deliver high-quality clinical care to residents in our care homes
  • Leading a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure all residents receive the best possible care
  • Assisting new residents with their transition into our care homes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
  • A teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
  • Strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of regulatory frameworks
Salary and Benefits
