Peripatetic Nurse Leader

About You
To succeed as a Peripatetic Nurse at Barchester, you will need to possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to care planning and risk assessment.
You will be working with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our residents, and will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be based in different locations across your region, and will travel to various care homes to provide clinical support and guidance.
Our ideal candidate will have experience of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments, and will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines and NMC standards.
