About the Role:

We are looking for a Nursing Team Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Nursing Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver high clinical standards across your region. This includes developing care plans tailored to the needs of our residents, supporting the professional development of nursing staff, and ensuring smooth transitions for new residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans for residents
  • Support the professional development of nursing staff
  • Ensure smooth transitions for new residents

About You:

  • A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
  • A teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
  • Strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge and expertise
  • A good understanding of regulatory frameworks and best practices
