Role Overview

Castle Employment is seeking a qualified teacher to provide flexible work opportunities in the Malton area. As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons to classes across different key stages and maintain a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality lessons to classes across various key stages.
  • Maintain a productive and engaging learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour according to school policies.
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and build strong relationships with staff and students.
  • Promote pupil engagement and achievement of learning goals.

Requirements
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience teaching in primary or secondary schools (preferred).
  • Flexibility to work across multiple schools in the Malton area.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • An enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • Right to work in the UK.
