We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Engagement Manager to join our team at iManage. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for working closely with our enterprise customer base to ensure they are obtaining maximum value from their subscription.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive retention and growth
  • Provide advisory and guidance to customers on achieving desired outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Design and implement customer adoption and loyalty strategies
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in management consulting, relationship management, or customer success
  • Excellent business communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to create structure in ambiguous situations
