Requirements:
- Proven track record in leadership and management, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Results-driven with a focus on driving sales, quality, and profitability
