Sales and Service Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Store Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in our store. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1-2 years' experience in a managerial/supervisor role, driving a high sales-focused culture in the fast-paced food/beverage industry.
As a Full-Time Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to manage and conduct HR duties, undertake store administration tasks, and maintain the stability and reputation of the store.
We offer a competitive salary of $58,000 per year, along with numerous career progression opportunities, a staff discount scheme on our delicious bubble tea drinks, and thorough training to ensure a smooth transition into the team.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and oversee shop operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability in all daily operations of the store.
- Conduct HR duties, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management.
- Undertake store administration duties, setting sales quotas and KPIs, and managing sales and financial reports.
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by enforcing company policies and guidelines.
- Develop a positive working environment, supporting the growth and improvement of our team members.
- Build and maintain a high-performing team by responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Train and educate your team on drink preparation processes and company policies.
- Manage and create content for TikTok in your branch.
