About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Operations to join our team at Travel Chapter. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering scalable finance operations that cover key transactional processes, including Purchase to Pay (P2P).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and improve end-to-end process maps to increase efficiency in transaction processing.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of key transactional processes and P2P financial metrics.
  • Agree and track service level agreements (SLAs) with senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead a scalable and lean Finance Operations team using efficient processes and automation.
  • Work on continuous improvements and other finance projects as required.
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of best-in-class O2C and P2P processes and delivery frameworks.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using data and KPI dashboards to drive decision-making.
