Join Zachary Daniels, a rapidly growing company with a good culture and opportunities for employee development, as we seek an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Financial Operations team.

About the Role:

  • Deliver scalable finance operations covering key transactional processes, including Purchase to Pay (P2P).
  • Provide a best-in-class finance operations service to finance stakeholders and other business-wide stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain Accounts Payable policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Define KPI suite to track performance of key transactional processes and P2P financial metrics.
  • Agree SLAs with Senior Leadership team and key business stakeholders.

About You:

  • Strong leader with a high-quality and on-time delivery mindset.
  • Ability to influence across functions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience delivering in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using data and KPI dashboards to understand performance and make recommendations for change.
