Head of Financial Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a strong leader who can drive a high-quality and on-time delivery mindset while developing and supporting the team through continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing shared services, supporting new systems, and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver scalable finance operations covering key transactional processes, including Purchase to Pay (P2P).
  • Provide a best-in-class finance operations service to finance stakeholders and other business-wide stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain Accounts Payable policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Define KPI suites to track performance against agreed SLAs and drive mitigating actions for any areas predicted to deviate from thresholds.
  • Lead a scalable and lean Finance Operations team using efficient processes and automation to ensure best-in-class service while maintaining a sufficient but low growth cost base.
