About the Role:

  • Deliver scalable finance operations covering key transactional processes, including Purchase to Pay (P2P).
  • Provide a best-in-class finance operations service to finance stakeholders and other business-wide stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain Accounts Payable policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Define KPI suites to track performance against agreed SLAs and drive mitigating actions for areas predicted to deviate from thresholds.
  • Agree SLAs with the Senior Leadership team and lead a scalable and lean Finance Operations team using efficient processes and automation.

About You:

  • A strong leader with a high-quality and on-time delivery mindset, driving a team through continuous improvement.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to influence across functions, not only within finance but across the business.
  • Experience delivering in an agile, fast-paced environment, using data and KPI dashboards to understand performance and make recommendations for change.
  • Experience of root cause analysis and resolution.
