We are seeking an experienced Control Room Supervisor to manage a critical environment office, overseeing:

  • Implementation and management of site Standard Operating Procedures (SSoW), including permit-to-work systems.
  • Proficient navigation and understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), including nominal BMS, HV Scada, lighting controls, lift, and fire alarm systems.
  • Compliance with building statutory regulations.
  • Maintenance of a safe working environment, adhering to the Health and Safety at Work Act.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Appropriate up-to-date training, such as NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline).
  • Full Client DV Security clearance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, be a time-served engineer with experience in building services, and have a recognized electrical qualification. They will also have a deep understanding of power generation, particularly standby emergency power, UPS, and HV AP.
