The London EDITION is seeking a highly motivated and organized Rooms Controller to join our team.

As a Rooms Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Assigning rooms to guests based on their preferences and requests
  • Coordinating check-in and pre-registration procedures for arriving groups
  • Reviewing and accommodating requests for room changes and check-out
  • Verifying and adjusting billing for guests
  • Setting up and processing guest check-ins and check-outs

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
