We are seeking a highly skilled In Room Dining Assistant Manager to join our team at The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel. As a key member of our In Room Dining team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our in-room dining service, providing exceptional customer experiences, and leading a motivated and cohesive team.

About the Role:

  • Lead the In Room Dining team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service standards, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Manage and motivate the team to achieve their full potential, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Monitor and control budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel environment, with a strong understanding of food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
