Customer Service Manager - Retail

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the shop feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Urging safer gambling practices and promoting responsible betting habits.
  • Take bets on a wide range of sports and events, providing expert knowledge and guidance to customers.
  • Process customer transactions, including cash handling, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Help demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers, showcasing their features and benefits.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Work towards defined targets and goals, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Maintain high shop standards, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Open or close the shop as needed, ensuring seamless operations and customer service.
Working Patterns:

Our shops are open from Monday to Sunday, 8am-10pm, with varying shifts and rota patterns. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications:
  • You must be 18 years or older to work in our betting shops.
  • Passion for delivering great customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to deal with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
