Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and live chat interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize product knowledge to identify opportunities to upsell and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the Whittard of Chelsea brand and values.
  • Manage customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a contact centre environment, providing high levels of customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in using databases and data-entry skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
