Join Our Team as a Guest Services Team Member

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Guest Services Team Member to join our team at Heythrop Park Hotel. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the Reception Manager and Team Leaders to maintain a smooth and efficient reception area.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, using this expertise to provide tailored recommendations to guests.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, demonstrating a willingness to learn and improve knowledge and skills.
