About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our kitchen team at Marston's PLC.

As a key member of our pub management team, you will be responsible for shaping and leading our kitchen team to success, ensuring that our food and hygiene standards are consistently high.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Culinary Excellence: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our guests.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage kitchen operations to ensure seamless service, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and wider team to drive business success and achieve our goals.
  • Staff Development: Identify and develop the skills of our kitchen team members, providing opportunities for growth and career progression.
