About the Role:

  • As a highly experienced sales leader, you will drive business growth through effective sales strategies, including white space analysis and value-based selling techniques.
  • You will develop and implement productivity metrics and KPIs to optimize team performance, ensuring high sales output and team success.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership within a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of driving and winning new business.

About You:

  • You will have exceptional leadership skills, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing sales teams, excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • You will lead a team of sales professionals to drive business growth and deliver results-driven outcomes.

The Package:

  • A competitive salary of up to £107,000 per annum, plus up to £40,000 in commission, providing a total compensation package of over £147,000.
  • A flexible hybrid working model: three days in our Sheffield office, two days from home, offering a great work-life balance.
