">The company manufactures adhesives, binders, coatings, and compounds globally. They seek an experienced professional to manage large spend UK customers and deliver growth across the UK, with a focus on the M62 Corridor.

Manage and nurture relationships with key national accounts within the flooring industry.
">Develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
">Achieve sales targets by increasing revenue within existing accounts and securing new business.
">Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies, proposals, and contracts that align with business objectives.
">Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they have the right solutions for their needs.
">Stay up-to-date with product developments and innovations in the flooring industry.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
">Proven experience in account management or sales within the Construction chemicals industry.
">Strong knowledge of compounds used in flooring applications.
">Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
">Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
">Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients across the country and internationally.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
