Job Overview

Anstar Ltd is a rapidly expanding start-up in the speciality chemical distribution space. Our goal is to provide innovative solutions and highest quality products to our customers across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chemistry (or related sciences) and proven sales experience in the chemical industry. They will be responsible for driving business development, cultivating strong relationships with potential customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to identify new market opportunities and drive new business and customers
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing technical support
  • Staying ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities through regular market research and analysis
  • Tracking sales performance, analysing key metrics, and preparing regular reports on sales activities and revenue forecasts
  • Representing the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £55-75k+, plus bonus tied to P&L performance. The role requires frequent travel around the UK and in Europe to meet customers when required.
