As a well-established leader in the engineering industry, this company offers a unique opportunity for an After Sales Manager to join their highly effective team.
With a focus on engineering innovation, quality of product, and customer care, the company is seeking a skilled professional to provide a world-class, customer-focused service and spare parts function.
The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused approach, coupled with a desire to further develop the effectiveness of the after-sales function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing an effective and supportive after-sales service to dealers on a UK-wide and international basis.
- Working closely with dealers to understand their spares and service requirements.
- Selling additional services to dealers to facilitate revenue growth.
- Provision of user training and technical product guidance.
- Utilisation of the company's ERP system.
- Management of the 3D parts portal.
- Leading a competent team of 6 experienced members of staff.
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong background in the automotive, engineering, or manufacturing industry.
- Experience in after-sales, sales management, or customer support/service management.
- Excellent communication skills and organisational ability.
- Basic mechanical engineering knowledge (desirable).
