We are a **family-owned** and **family-run** business and strive to ensure our “**family principles**” are evident to all our customers. Since our establishment in **1989**, we have worked to offer a complete service to all our customers. The majority of our customers are due to repeat business or word-of-mouth recommendations.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Person to join our growing business at our new site in Stafford. Cara Motorhomes and caravans operate from two sites, one in the UK and our head office in Limerick, Ireland. We are looking for a Sales Person for our UK office who will be motivated to achieve their sales targets and deliver the best customer experience possible.
The day-to-day role includes, but is not limited to:
- Ability to follow a sales process and record progress of each lead within a CRM system.
- Ability to work as a team - but also with enough get up and go so that you can motivate yourself to ensure the team achieve what needs to be done every day
- Putting customer satisfaction at the heart of everything we do
**Day to day job expectations**:
- Meeting sales and service customers when they arrive on site.
- Responsible for ensuring that the site is presentable, and all products are displayed and advertised in their best possible condition.
- Taking photographs and videos for the website, social media and for customer enquiries.
- Updating spreadsheets, CRM and sales software where required
- Supporting your colleagues with any aftersales advice or help.
- Checking in Part exchange vehicles and completing paperwork as part of the handover process.
- Confident and comfortable (after training) in completing a vehicle handover where and when required
We are currently open six days a week, and your normal working week would be Monday - Saturday, with a day off in the week as well as Sunday.
There is a requirement to attend national shows twice a year (currently held at the NEC in Birmingham), which does involve working away from home for six days on each occasion, as well as a number of smaller off site shows we may attend.
Our working hours are 8.30am until 5.30pm (Saturday 4pm) with an hour for lunch. A full UK driving licence would be a requirement.
