**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead the optimization of our sales operations processes. This key leadership position requires excellent management skills and a passion for driving performance through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies and processes to improve sales conversion performance
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business development
  • Manage and maintain sales tools and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Manage the team's sales forecasts and targets
  • Create sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Identify individual training needs and implement personal development plans

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role
