We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead the optimization of our sales operations processes. This key leadership position requires excellent management skills and a passion for driving performance through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales operations strategies and processes to improve sales conversion performance
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business development
- Manage and maintain sales tools and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Manage the team's sales forecasts and targets
- Create sales performance metrics and KPIs
- Identify individual training needs and implement personal development plans
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role
- Demonstrable track record of optimizing sales processes and improving sales performance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
