£24,000 - £26,000 Pro Rata + Great Benefits per year, based on 24 hours a week.

Job Description

Typically, this person will assist the HR Manager, based out of Wroxham site - working on all HR and recruitment related tasks.

Duties and responsibilities of the HR Assistant:

  • Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding of staff
  • Keep the HR Platform update to date
  • Keep an eye on and action items within the HR mailbox
  • Mange absences
  • Support with events onsite

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

Extensive administrative background

Experience being an admin of HR Systems is desirable

Knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Office

Current UK Driver's License

">

Bonus Information

">

This role involves occasional travel to other Norfolk/Suffolk sites and other UK sites.

This vacancy requires you to have extensive administrative experience and be proficient in using Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Office.
