About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Hays Human Resources as an HR Partner. You will have the chance to work with Norwich University of the Arts in central Norwich, exploring new legislative developments, trends, and emerging industry best practices.

As an HR Partner, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with university colleagues to champion their position as a leading creative arts education employer in the UK. You will also be involved in interesting change projects and work closely with the Associate Director of Organisation Development to drive their change and development agenda.

The estimated salary for this role is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will need to be a true HR generalist with experience supporting complex organisations, including proven policy development experience.

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail are also required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manipulate and analyse data.
