IDSystems is an award-winning fabricator, supplier and installer of premium aluminium glazing solutions. For over 20 years we have set the standard for innovative glass doors, and the projects we’ve worked on have featured regularly on TV and in magazines

As our business continues to expand we are looking to appoint a Human Resources Officer to provide support and assistance to our customer facing teams, enabling them to grow and continue to provide outstanding customer service.

**The role**
- Manage and review role profiles and provide sales and performance coaching and mentoring
- Identify areas where improvement is required in order to meet performance standards and ensure effective performance improvement plans are in place
- Drive consistency in the business development and performance management processes across the teams
- Assess needs of the business and coordinate requirements for technical, product and sales training
- Review and update Health & Safety procedures if appropriate
- Ensure effective communication of HR related material is consistently shared throughout the business
- Providing support to senior managers covering all HR policies and procedures
- Full or Part Time Considered
- Demonstrated experience of performance management and coaching in a similar role is essential
- Ability to work under pressure while retaining a sense of humour
- Strong presentation, leadership & negotiation skills a must
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and attention to detail is essential
- Sound problem solving skills and analytical skills
- Prior sales experience would be beneficial
