We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our team, based at our Head Office at Norwich Airport. The role is Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

This new position arises as a new HR Director joins the business. This is a new beginning for the team. The HR team is made up of an HR Administrator, HR Advisor (this position), Senior HR Advisor and HR Director. We are looking for a colleague who is excited to join us on this journey of building a dynamic, dependable, and high performing HR team. Together we aim to deliver exceptional services and provide outstanding team member experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

This role acts as the first point of contact for all operational HR support as well as the driver non-management and non-technical recruitment for the business - including onboarding experience. Working within the team, we will be looking to ensure our internal processes are always efficient, simple and value adding. In this role, you will:

- Be the lead HR contact in all non-management and non-technical recruitment.
- Advise line managers on best practice approach and policy regarding HR processes including;
- Performance Management and capability
- Short term absence
- Investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
- Flexible working requests
- Provide advice and support to managers, to ensure legal compliance and best practice in relation to investigations, disciplinary and grievances.
- Take a lead role in delivering new employee inductions and overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process.
- Work with the Sales and Marketing team utilising various platforms to raise the employment brand.
- Oversee the learning management system, ensuring it is kept up to date.
- Ensure data processing and storage is in line with GDPR.
- Participating in HR project work as required to deliver our strategy.

**Selection Criteria**
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplined / Generalist HR team
- Will hold or be working towards CIPD level 5 qualification.
- Experience in case management: disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management and flexible working.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience of working with social media including LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor, and Instagram
- Good working knowledge of right to work, visa, immigration and sponsorship requirements and process.
- Experience of working with trade unions is desirable.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
