About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our presence in the UK and Ireland markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects in the wood products segment
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional OKRs
  • Pitch products and present company solutions to customers and leads
  • Collect market data and intelligence to inform future business decisions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales management experience in B2B industrial product sales
  • Experience in the wood coatings and flame retardants market
  • Strong network of industry contacts and relationships
  • Product experience in wood coatings and/or flame retardants
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to travel nationally (up to 50%) to meet customers
